Make these cute dogs part of your home

DELTA PARK – Adopting a dog is a great idea, here two dogs waiting to call your house their home.

Let’s face it, dogs aren’t for everyone but the lucky few the take a liking to them know just how special the bond between dog and owner is.

Some have said dogs are special because of the relationships we create with them, others believe dogs would not exist at all if not for us. But best of all is the fact that dogs are special because they are the ultimate pet. Why you may ask? Well because unlike the feline counterpart, dogs are said to be more social.

So bearing all this in mind, why not consider making Betty or Max, two shelter dogs from Community Lead Animal Welfare (Claw), part of your home? In case you needed just a little more coaxing, here are some facts about the two awesome dogs.

Founder of Claw, Cora Bailey, gave the Randburg Sun some detail about the dogs and what lead to them being at the shelter.

Betty was found in an informal settlement in the North West, she was born with a genetic deformity on her right front paw. She is described by Bailey as being a beautifully natured dog, who is loving, good with children and adults and an all round people pleaser.

Max was dropped off at the shelter a few weeks ago after he suffered paw injury. The people who dropped him off gave the wrong home address and he has been there ever since. He is described as a playful, sweet and lovely puppy.

Both dogs come from a long line of mixes but don’t let that jumble your thoughts, head on over to Claw and meet them, you won’t regret it.
