Douglasdale police visit Cosmo Mall

COSMO CITY – Police and CPF hand out safety tip pamphlets at Cosmo Mall.

A crime awareness campaign was held by Douglasdale police and Community Policing Forum at Cosmo Mall recently.

Police spokesperson, Captain Mpho Tshetlhane, explained that the purpose of the campaign was to raise awareness about common robberies, theft of and out of motor vehicles, business robberies, house robberies, hijackings, gender-based violence and crime in general.

Many pamphlets containing safety tips were distributed to community members.

“Douglasdale police would like to thank all role-players who supported the event,” Tshetlhane said.
