The group meets in Bryanston Park, where suburbs Beverley Gardens, Osummit, Bryanston Ext 5 and Vandia Grove converge.

Discussion topics this year have included safety and security, breast cancer, dealing with pets, labour and Popi Act laws and more, explained forum coordinators Carol Corbett and Jan Kennedy.

Singing and dancing characterised proceedings this time as Beagle Watch personnel opened with a quick talk to domestic workers before festivities began.

This is to mark the final monthly meeting of the year.

Active residents and forum coordinators braaied boerewors rolls for everyone and it turned into a relaxed morning in the shade of gazebos and trees.
