Karate kid to go to Croatia

Grade 9 learner Bili Tian has been doing karate for more than 12 years.

A local karateka will represent his country in Croatia in June.

Furthermore, Curro Aurora Grade 9 learner Bili Tian was recently chosen by Karate South Africa to compete in the National Karate South Africa championships on May 27.

This is the biggest event in the Karate South Africa calendar.

Bili has a great passion for karate and has actively been involved in the sport for more than 12 years.

His tenacity and love have paid off as he will be representing South Africa in Croatia in June, a prestigious event for Karate South Africa.

Being selected for the national karate team is the highest ranking in the sport and something Bili and his parents are so very proud of.
