Magic Beings celebrates 30th anniversary

The celebration features an art piece that was created using the children’s handprints, as well as the teachers and other staff.

Magic Beings Nursery School recently celebrated its 30th anniversary with the theme Celebrating 30 years of Magic.

The school in Johannesburg North opened its doors in 1992 and has become one of the largest and most recognised preschools in the area.

A beautiful cake is baked to celebrate the anniversary.

The celebration saw families of present and past learners enjoying a day of family fun.

Everyone was entertained by a magic show and the children were treated to having their faces painted and balloon sculptures created for them.

The highlight of the event was the unveiling of the 30 years art piece that was created using the handprints of the children, teachers and other staff members at the school.

“Throughout the years, Magic Beings Nursery School has been blessed with the best children, parents and staff,” said the head of the preschool Bronwyn van Blerk.

The art piece was created using the children’s handprints, as well as the teachers and other staff members at the school.

“It is an absolute privilege to be a part of every child’s educational journey during the first five years of their lives. Here’s to celebrating 30 more years of magic.”

Executive head of the nursery school and Cooper College Hesna Muller said the school had grown in many ways in three decades to ensure the best experience was offered to children.

“As the feeder school for Cooper College that offers the Cambridge Assessment International Education, we are proud to honour our commitment to remaining the most sought-after pre-school in Randburg. To all our past and current students, staff, parents, grandparents, and friends, thank you for helping make Magic Beings great for 30 years.”

Magic Beings caters for children from birth to five years of age and follows the Curro Preschool Curriculum which encourages learning through play.
