Northriding Secondary School celebrate a stunning 94.3 % pass rate

Principal Dr Francois Oosthuizen is proud of the class of 2022 at Northriding Secondary School

Northriding Secondary School’s matric class of 2022 achieved an impressive 94.3% overall pass rate with a 49% of bachelor’s degree pass.

The school principal Dr. Francois Oosthuizen said that he is very happy with the results. “It was a tough year, but the kids did their best. We are in general very happy with the results.”

The principal also explained some of the challenges of 2022. “Most of our challenges was a bit of the delay we had at the beginning of the year with the Covid-19 regulations. We were not sure what was happening or not happening but once we started attending full time it all went well. We could start with extra lessons and all the support we could give to the learners was in place. We are going to do pretty much the same this year.”
