At the closing ceremony, winners across all categories were proudly awarded trophies, medals, and a variety of prizes.

Harry Goslett of Randburg Squash said that they had a great tournament, with big results. “Different players have come through to the final. Some of our seeded players unfortunately lost, which is good as youngsters are coming through. Our final was between our club number one, Sandile, and Ashley Tennant, who was very good.

“We’ve got over 350 members. We have a good mix of top players, mediocre players, and promising youngsters coming through. We’re blessed in a way to have the participation of players like that in our club.”
