Johannesburg Water notifies residents of a planned water outage on August 27 due to a tie-in of a new pipe to the existing infrastructure.

- Suburbs affected: Ferndale Extensions 6, 15, and 20
- Streets affected: Hylauma Road, Struik, Seruna, Speldekussing, and Rocky Streets
- Time: 08:00 – 18:00
- Impact on customers. No water for 10 hours.
