City Power disconnects Randpark View and Beija Flor Lifestyle Corner for outstanding debts
City Power has disconnected electricity to Randpark View and the Beija Flor Lifestyle Corner in Randpark due to unpaid bills totaling over R13m, as part of a broader effort to recover R36.2m owed by 12 defaulting customers in the area. The Randburg SDC, meanwhile, faces a staggering R650m in outstanding debts.
In a bold move to tackle escalating debts, City Power has disconnected the electricity supply to Randpark View and the Beija Flor Lifestyle Corner establishment in Randpark, who owe a combined total of over R13m to the entity. Randpark View has accrued a debt of R4.3m, while the Beija Flor Lifestyle Corner owes R9m.

Today’s collection drive aims to recover R36.2m from 12 defaulting customers located in the Randpark and Bryanston areas. This initiative highlights the urgent need for action as Randburg SDC finds itself burdened with a massive R650m in outstanding debts.
