A fire broke out at Knights Preparatory School in Kensington B, Ferndale, this morning, prompting an immediate response from emergency services and tactical units.
Randburg Sun is on the scene, where smoke was visible earlier and firefighting crews are currently working to contain the situation. Law enforcement officials confirm that no injuries have been reported at this stage, and all learners were safely evacuated from the school buildings.

Security officers, including Vision Tactical and Beagle Watch personnel, have cordoned off the area, and only parents are being allowed onto the premises to collect their children. Reporters and members of the public have been asked to remain outside the school perimeter while emergency operations continue.
