Bravo for voicing your opinion on the quality of “mindless” applications you received. 
I have been in the same position on many occasions and I have found the quality of responses to my advertisements appalling. How do these people get a matric qualification?
Has the level of education in this country dropped so low that you pass the exams if you are able to hold a crayon in the correct hand? You don’t even have to be able to colour in between the lines!
What hope is there for the next generation?
I also find it very insulting that people think it is acceptable to send unchecked, poorly spelt, devoid of grammar communication and expect you to treat it as worthy of assessing.
