I am the first to give praise where praise is due. I reported a street light not working in Mast Close on 11 July.
To my surprise the call was answered in less than five minutes and a very helpful gentleman logged the call, gave me a reference number and said that it normally takes 7 working days before the fault would be rectified.
I put down the phone and said Yeah right! Seven working days went by and then on day eight I turned the corner and to my absolute astonishment the lights were fixed.
I do believe this has to be a first, please continue the good work and make it happen for all.
