I would like to compliment the workers from City Power on the speedy restoration of the electricity outage only in our house last night (caused by Johannesburg Water pipe replacement on our pavement area).

I logged the fault on their website around 7pm last night and they arrived at 9pm. We were very impressed when the electricity came back on around 10pm. I received an sms once my fault was logged and once the electricity was restored. Well done.

We (the people of Gauteng) usually complain about City Power/City of Johannesburg, but we don’t appreciate and say thank you when they are efficient and it is due.
