Holiday tennis

BLAIRGOWRIE – Advantage Tennis Academy held a main and a mini tennis tournament at Randburg Tennis Club over the June/July holidays.

Almé van Schalkwyk won the mini tournament, Gareth Oertel came second and Johan Buhrmann came third.

For the main tournament, about 30 children played in four round robins.

Here are the results:

Section 1: winner – Michael Millard, runner up – Christiaan Kotzé.

Section 2: winner – Sarah Millard, runner up – Greg Jacobs.

Section 3: winner – Hannah Moore, runner up – Stuart Phipson.

Section 4: winner – Rhys Meyer, runner up – Daniel Antonie.
