JMPD warns public of fake vacancy
JOBURG – JMPD spokesperson, Wayne Minnaar said that they are investigating the fake advert 'to arrest the perpetrator for fraud and for supplying misleading information'.
JMPD has confirmed that the department does not have any vacancies at the moment.
Johannesburg Metropolitan Police Department (JMPD) is investigating a fake vacancy advert on social media which claims that the department is hiring.

JMPD spokesperson, Wayne Minnaar confirmed that the advert is fake since the department does not have vacancies for recruits at the moment. “There is an investigation into it, to arrest the perpetrator for fraud and for supplying misleading information,” he said.
