Missing man possibly found dead

Police confirm the mangled remains of a corpse has been found on train tracks.

Colonel Marius Smith of the Randfontein police confirmed that the mangled remains of a corpse were found on train tracks under a train in Carltonville.

The horrifying news comes a week following the sudden disappearance and alleged kidnapping of Mohlakeng resident Lucky Titus.

Col Smith states that “It is not confirmed whether the two incidents are connected,” but that he thinks that the two are linked. There is an ongoing investigation being conducted.”

After learning of the corpse found in Carltonville – and believing that it is Titus – residents of Mohlakeng took to the suspected kidnapper’s home (angry neighbour) once more and this time they set his bakkie alight.
