One fatality in R28 crash
Two fatalities and seven injuries in total on the West Rand over the weekend.
ER24 reported that a person passed away due to their injuries on the R28 just outside Westonaria over the weekend.

It is currently unknown how many occupants were in the vehicle at the time of the incident or what caused the crash.
Another fatality was reported by ER24 on Greenspark Road outside Fochville on Friday night which is not far from the R28 fatality collision.
In addition to these two fatalities, seven people were injured on the R28 on Saturday, fortunately all with minor injuries.
