Westcol Randfontein students went into day three of their protests and say they will continue until their demands have been met.
Students took to the street last week Thursday because their bursary money has allegedly not been paid.
Although Westcol has been fighting the bursary battle since the beginning of the year, their protest is also in solidarity and as a result of the national #FeesMustFall protests.
According to the president of the Westcol SRC, Lubabalo Magodongo,
Management has still done noting. The campus manager has made an appointment with us on Friday but we decided not to have the appointment. We want to see the principal, we want to see the CEO.”
On day three of the protests, students lined Kiewiet Street with rocks and burning tyres.
