Teen missing for over a week found safe
Sister: A huge thank you to the police and everyone who shared the flyer.
Shannon Lombard, 19, reported missing on Friday, 27 May is found safe and well.
Her sister, Talita Filmer says she was found on Saturday, 4 June.
Lombard left home at about 8.45am on Friday, 27 May to visit a supermarket in Noordheuwel, Krugersdorp when she went missing.
When found, Lombard was reported to be in good health.
No information about her whereabouts for the last eight days have been made public or any information regarding the circumstances around her disappearance is known at this stage.
Lombard’s disappearance came hot on the heels of the recent West Rand murders, but police did not link her disappearance to the recent murders.
“Please note that we do not have further information regarding this case. A huge thank you to Krugersdorp Police and everyone who shared the flyer,” Filmer said.
