Pictures show car crashing into farming implement - Man in his 40s critically injured.

A man believed to be in his 40s was critically injured when he crashed into a plough being hauled by a tractor on the N14 in Klerkskraal, close to Carletonville on Saturday.

ER24 paramedics and other services attended to the incident. The man was trapped in the vehicle.

Chitra Bodasing-Harduth, the ER24 spokesperson says, “Fire and Rescue extricated the man from the vehicle and upon assessment he was found to have sustained multiple injuries. He was treated and airlifted to hospital for further medical care.”

The exact cause of the incident is unknown.
