Nine injured in a three-vehicle crash

Nine people sustained moderate injuries following a three-vehicle crash over the weekend.

Nine people were left injured following a three-vehicle crash on the R559 outside Carletonville on Saturday night (11 November).

Russel Meiring, ER24 spokesperson said, “ER24 paramedics along with other services found the three vehicles in the middle of the road. Several people were walking around on the scene.

“Upon closer inspection, paramedics found that nine people had sustained moderate injuries.” They were treated for their injuries and transported to various provincial hospitals for further treatment.

The details surrounding this incident are not yet known but local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
