Eskom is to visit Randfontein on Wednesday, 11 July to reveal their Winter Plan.
The media briefing session will be held at the Eskom Randfontein office in Westergloor between 11am and 2pm.
According to a statement released the following will be discussed:
1. Network delivery challenges for the provincial networks in winter
2. Emergency preparedness plans and other measures put in place to manage power supply interruptions during the winter season
3.Encouraging members of the public to partner with Eskom in reducing constant power interruptions, cable theft and illegal connections.
The Herald will attend the session and keep the public updated.
