Man run over and killed in Westonaria
Pedestrian killed while crossing road in Westonaria on Saturday.
A man died after he was run over by a vehicle while crossing Main Reef Road in Westonaria early Saturday morning (4 May).
“Reports from the scene indicated that an adult man was struck down by a light motor vehicle while crossing the road,” said Shawn Herbst, Netcare 911 spokesperson.
The man was assessed on scene by an advanced life support paramedic but had no signs of life and was declared dead.
