Randy Christian, the founder of the Myburgh Foundation, arranged for a Shoprite Soup Kitchen truck to provide soup to almost 200 people in the Toekomsrus community on Wednesday, 19 June.
“The staff of the food truck provided soup to about 140 children and 40 adults. The Myburgh Foundation would like to thank the Corporate Social Investment team of Shoprite for their dedication and commitment in their quest to relieve hunger.”

He said that they are looking forward to future endeavours with Shoprite in their quest to assist vulnerable members of the community.
“As part of the Myburgh Foundation, I would like to invite members of the public to engage in random acts of kindness in order to uplift those less fortunate,” Randy added.
