From 26 to 28 July, Uncle Harry's Roadhouse celebrated its 45th birthday.
Randfonteiners were treated to a special birthday celebration at Uncle Harry’s Roadhouse last weekend.
From 26 to 28 July, the famous roadhouse celebrated its 45th birthday with Jimmy Pappas, the owner, giving a 10 per cent discount on every bill for the three days.
Other items such as pens, key rings, magnets, Uncle Harry’s caps and branded glasses were also handed out to customers.
Marius Jonker, manager of Uncle Harry’s, said the birthday bash was well supported.
“We would not have been here for 45 years were it not for the customers. It is their support that has carried us to this point,” he said.
