Another child, a pre-schooler, excels in abacus
Another youngster from Randfontein, this time a pre-schooler, excelled at the Gauteng Abacus Maths Regional Competition.
Nathan Twemlow, who is in Grade 0 at Little Angels Day Care, has joined Megan Erasmus of Laerskool Randfontein in the winners’ circle for abacus maths.
He too has bagged a silver medal at the Gauteng Abacus Maths Regional Competition held in Randburg on Saturday, 3 August.
There were 303 participants ranging from Grade RRR to Grade 10.
The Abacus Maths team would like to congratulate each and every student on their achievements.
