Get to know a ‘Teiner’ #125 — Doné Joubert

The 125th person in the Herald’s Get to know a Randfonteiner project introduces himself.

Meet our ‘Teiner’ of the week, 51-year-old Doné Joubert, who has joined the Herald‘s team as sales consultant.

Doné, who originally comes from East London, said being the go-getter he is brought him to Gauteng to pursue better prospects.

My employer at the time transferred me to the head office in Johannesburg, and a few years later, the family realised that this was where we wanted to stay,” he said.

Explaining the person he is, he said he is simply a man of God who loves his job and is guided by certain principles and values, and that the things he believes in will shield the integrity of his work.

“I am someone who takes ethics and standards seriously,” he added.

Since joining the Herald, he has been welcomed by the community, something he said was shown with genuineness, which he truly appreciates.

Doné said he is a family-oriented person, and whatever he does, he does with his family.
