Another pageant title for our Mrs Africa
Our very own Reinette Herbst (Mrs Africa 2019) returned from the US where she was crowned Mrs Transcontinental 1st Princess.
Reinette Herbst from Randfontein has been crowned Mrs Transcontinental 1st Princess in Atlanta, USA.
She also won the overall International Ambassador award and the overall Best National Outfit award. Her national outfit was made by Alicia Pienaar from AliCia Couture and the extra props were made by Hollywood Costumes.
Reinette, who is the current Mrs Africa 2019 is happily married and the mother of two children. She is the CEO of Designed for Greatness, Designed for HIS purpose, a director at S&D Christian Couture, a motivational speaker and emcee.

“I have never been the pageant type, but before I entered the Mrs Africa competition I did some research on previous winners and even met some of them. I then decided to enter because I realised that it is the perfect platform for an ordinary woman to achieve extraordinary things. My main aim during this journey is to reach as many people as possible with my message ‘You are Designed for Greatness’.”
So where to from here for Reinette?
She said she will be focusing on giving motivational talks across Africa and hopes to reach as many people as possible with her Designed for Greatness message.
“This is not about me – it’s about getting the word out to inspire and motivate people to start believing in themselves.”
