Vehicle rolls, leaving three injured

Three people were injured during a vehicle rollover on the R501 between Carletonville and Westonaria on Thursday, 12 September.

Russel Meiring, ER24 spokesperson said they arrived on the scene at about 9.35am to find the light motor vehicle parked upright on the side of the road.

He said three men were found seated next to the vehicle.

“Medics assessed the men and found that all three had sustained minor to moderate injuries. The patients were treated for their injuries and were thereafter transported to Carletonville Provincial Hospital for further care.”

Local authorities were on the scene for further investigations.
