Een van Randfontein se oudste inwoners, Lizzie le Roux, beter bekend as Tannie Lizzie, is oorlede.
Annetjie Haywood en Isabel Smal, Tannie Lizzie se dogters, het Woensdag, 6 November aan die Herald bevestig dat hul ma op Sondag, 3 November in die ouderdom van 103 vreedsaam gesterf het.
Die Herald-personeel betuig hiermee ons meegevoel teenoor haar naasbestaandes en wens hulle sterkte toe in hierdie hartseertyd. Aan Tannie Lizzie sê ons by die Herald, “Ons sal vir Tannie regtig mis”.
