Carols by Candlelight 2019 to be held at Tambotie Mall
Residents have been invited to the 2019 Carols by Candlelight event to be held at Tambotie Mall on Saturday, 23 November.
Randfontein residents have been invited to the 2019 Carols by Candlelight event to be held at Tambotie Mall from 6.30pm on Saturday, 23 November.
“We would like to invite the community of Randfontein and surrounding areas to join us in an evening of celebration. This year, the organisers have decided that a local non-profit company, Metah Foundation, will be our beneficiary,” said Stephen Aucamp.
The Metah Foundation is an organisation dedicated to the cause of restoring lives and uplifting the community of Randfontein and surrounding areas and is involved with homelessness, poverty, welfare, drug addiction, children’s ministry, local schools and child welfare structures, soup kitchens and hunger alleviation initiatives.
“Metah Foundation is currently entering a very exciting time as we are establishing new projects and initiatives like the establishment of the SOS aftercare programme for drug rehabilitation, overnight shelter and a training centre. Various local churches have united and combined their efforts to make this event possible. The community can support Metah Foundation by bringing any non-perishable food items or baby products as an entry fee,” the press release concluded.
