Stephan Hendricks van Greenhills maak hondebeddens van hout om fondse in te samel vir sy geliefde teefhond se kankerbehandeling.

Stephan het vir Lady van ‘n ashoop af gered en sy bly sedert 2015 by hom en sy vrou, Renette.

Hy het vir Lady na die Randfontein Dierehospitaal geneem waar hulle uitgevind het dat sy ‘n vroeë stadium van limfoomkanker het. Hulle kon nie vir hom presies sê hoe lank sy het om te lewe nie, maar wel dat sy spesiale behandeling vir die kanker kon kry.

Volgens Stephan is die behandeling baie duur omdat hulle vir Lady omtrent elke week veearts toe moet neem. Hy het toe besluit om hondebeddens in verskeie groottes uit hout te maak en te verkoop om Lady se onkostes te dek.

Die beddens word vir tussen R250 en R450 verkoop.
