Randfontein Police visit a day care

The Randfontein Police’s Social Crime Unit visited Die Beertjie Ark Kleuterskool in Middelvlei on Wednesday, 11 March.

Constable Portia Mabala of the Unit and the coordinator of the visit said the purpose was to educate children about their rights, child abuse, kidnapping and human trafficking.

“We also interacted with 30 children and told them they should not fear the police, and that we are here to protect them,” Mabala said.
