Mapogo’s latest crime report: Business break-ins continue

Crime is still a matter of concern in Westonaria – Herman Coetzee, operations manager at Mapogo.

Mapogo A Mathamaga Security in Randfontein released its latest crime report for the period Tuesday, 16 June to Sunday, 21 June.

According to Herman Coetzee, operations manager at Mapogo, a crime report for their client base revealed that there were several incidents across Rand West City during this period, including business break-ins, armed robbery, theft and arson.

“Crime is still a matter of concern in Westonaria,” Coetzee warned.

He said in Westonaria alone, there were three incidents of business break-ins as well as one incident of arson/ fire. One incident of armed robbery and one incident of common theft were reported in Randfontein.
