Two unknown bodies were discovered next to the N14 in Brandvlei on Sunday morning, 28 June.
According to Sergeant Carmen Hendricks, Randfontein Police spokesperson, both had stab wounds.
“The bodies were found by a passer-by at Green Way Farm next to the N14 at about 9am, who then informed the police.
“Both the deceased had stab wounds. We are asking for assistance from the community to come forward with any information that could help the police in finding the family of the deceased, and also to assist with any information that could lead to the arrest of the perpetrators. The motive of the killings is unknown.”
