Christmas Carols at Wings get elderly into festive spirit

Despite the rainy weather, the Wings of Inspiration Elderly Care Centre welcome the festive season in true Christmas Carol style.

The Wings of Inspiration Elderly Care Centre recently got into the festive spirit by hosting a night of Christmas Carols.

The event took place at the centre on Saturday, December 4 where candles were lit and everyone listened to beautiful carols sung by Wejanca Labuschagne, her husband Pieter and their family.

Housefather André Smith said despite the rainy weather over the weekend, they still celebrated Christmas in a traditional manner by singing carols.

All the members of the Wings of Inspiration organisation attended and Miss Petite Krugersdorp Azalea Hood assisted with the event,” said Andrè.
