Missing Ooster Plots woman found safe after being abducted
Tasneem Desai, who disappeared after leaving her house to jog on Wednesday evening, has been reunited with her husband and family.
Tasneem Desai, 42, who went missing on Wednesday evening, January 5 has been found alive and safe.
Imraan Desai, Tasneem’s husband contacted the Herald with the good news that Tasneem was home safe and unharmed.

He also explained that while his wife was out on her run on Wednesday evening, two men cornered her.
When she tried to escape, they shocked her with a taser. She tried to fight back but they hit her and knocked her out.”
He said that on Thursday, January 6 at around 09:27 the men released Tasneem. When she phoned him she said she had no idea where she was.
“We located her in Tembisa and went to fetch her. She said the two males were unknown to her and that they wore marks all the time,” said Imraan.
