Vaccination, testing around Rand West City: Where to go

The Gauteng Health Department will continue providing pop-up sites for health screening from Monday, January 10 to Saturday, January 15. Here is where they will be in Rand West City ...

The West Rand District Health Department is once again inviting the community to get free Covid-19 tests done at their sites this week.

The department’s communications officer, Nomagugu Hloma said in addition to the coronavirus tests, HIV, TB and blood pressure tests will be done for free this week until Saturday, January 15.

The sites are operational from 09:00 to 15:00.

Testing will be done at the following sites:

• Randfontein Station Mall (Ward 06)

• Westonaria Pick n Pay( Ward 06)

• Foursquare Taxi Rank (Ward 21)

• Mohlakeng Ponase (Ward 22)

• Mohlakeng Usave (Ward 13)

• Baipei (Ward 3)

• Rooftop Mohlakeng Ext 4 (Ward 15)

• Simunye Ext 5 Carwash (Ward 27)

• Simunye Ext 1 Taxi Rank (Ward 27)

• Simunye Ext 4 next to Kamogelo Primary (Ward 28)

• Simunye Ext 2 next to graveyard (Ward 28)

• Westonaria Taxi Rank (Ward 24)

• Bekkersdal Taxi Rank (Ward 31)

Vaccinations will be done at the following sites:
