Netcare 911 spokesperson Shawn Herbst said the two guards sustained minor injuries.

Their van was rammed by the CIT robbers’ vehicle, and they sustained the injuries when the van turned around because of the impact.

“The robbers managed to get away with large sums of money, and we were also told that they used multiple vehicles during the robbery,” Herbst said.

The Gauteng Police couldn’t confirm the heist at this stage.
