According to CPF chairperson Ruan Sheppard, during their patrol, CPF members encountered perpetrators attempting to remove the palisades from the substation.

“They had cut off three of the four pieces of angle iron holding the palisade in place. Unfortunately, the perpetrators weren’t apprehended, but the CPF patrollers quickly sprang into action to repair the palisades.

Thank you, team, for your dedication and devotion to keep our town as safe as can be,” Sheppard concluded.
