According to police spokesperson Captain Tintswalo Sibeko, the suspect was allegedly producing and selling a range of counterfeit items, including fake matric and diploma certificates, motor vehicle licence discs, and even event tickets.

During the operation, officers seized several items believed to be linked to the illegal activity, including cash, cellphones, a computer, a hard drive, and fraudulent documents.
