Vlooi needs a new home after owner dies
Animal Aid Warriors is appealing to the community for assistance in adopting Vlooi whose life has taken a sad turn.
Vlooi, a female Pomeranian crossed with a Fox Terrier, needs a new home after her owner died.
According to Naomi de Beer, director of Animal Aid Warriors, the owner passed away about two weeks ago.
They are currently taking care of Vlooi until she finds her new forever-loving home. De Beer also stated that even though Vlooi’s owner did not abandon her purposely, the unfortunate event affected Vlooi.
“She only knew her owners, so her life took a turn in the blink of an eye. She does not understand what is going on and that has an emotional impact on her. Unfortunately, the children of the deceased owner already have animals to take care of, so they cannot take in another pet,” De Beer stated.
