New clinic for Mohlakeng residents

Mohlakeng now boasts a new medical centre called Unjani Clinic which offered free wellness checks for attending community members on opening day.

Founder of the clinic, Cathy Seakamela said that the opening day saw about 80 community members in attendance.

The event kicked off at 10:30 after Manukuza Nxumalo delivered the opening prayer. Koos Rampae welcomed community members before Keneilwe Bojanyane spoke about tuberculosis. Thereafter, Sealamela delivered a speech regarding the clinic. The event concluded after lunch was served.

Attending members were allowed to receive a wellness check for free, which included having their blood pressure checked. The clinic also gave away gift bags.

Seakamela stated that she is very excited about the opening of the clinic and she expects great success in the future.
