Help No More Tears before it is too late

No More Tears Animal Rescue is struggling more than ever and requires assistance from the public to sort out their vet bills.

No More Tears Animal Rescue is in desperate need of the community’s help for funds.

According to founder and director Stephan Hendricks, the organisation currently has 13 dogs in kennels.

No More Tears’ vet bills are high due to underprivileged families asking the organisation for assistance with their pets. Stephan stated that many of these families struggle to afford the costs of vet services. He added that many of the rescues were also expensive due to their emergency needs.

At this stadium, the organisations owe the Homestead Veterinary Hospital nearly R8 000 and the Randfontein Animal Hospital around R5 000.

“If the community can help us, we can continue helping the animals. If we get donations regularly, we can do much more for the community. We do not want to be in a situation where we have to stand back and stop helping. If we cannot pay for our boarding kennels, then we will have to put the dogs down. As sad as it is, the animals are our responsibility. However, this is our very last resort,” Hendricks stated.

Hendricks went on by explaining that the community is No More Tears’ only source of income. He appeals to the community for donations to help pay its bills.

If any donations can be made, contact No More Tears Animal Rescue on 084 433 7748.
