Last chance for No More Tears Animal Rescue
Without the community's intervention, No More Tears might have to keep its doors closed permanently.
No More Tears Animal Rescue shared with heavy hearts that they have closed their doors to new cases due to a lack of funds.

“We aren’t closing our doors because we want to, but we have to. We simply do not have the funds to assist,” volunteer Clarisse Kruger said.
She further stated they currently owe one of the veterinarian hospitals R17 000, and until those funds are paid off, they cannot assist any more animals.
“Without settling the funds, we are too powerless to help another animal.
We tried our best to raise the needed funds. We hosted raffles, sold a few tickets and reached out to every corner we could,” Kruger explained.
“Our pleas are usually met with silence. As much as we try to stay strong, the exhaustion of constantly begging begins to weigh heavily on us. We’re tired, but the animals still need us. The community and the voiceless depend on us, but we now depend on you to help us,” she said.
