Myburgh Foundation brightens children’s Christmas

More than 80 needy children celebrated Christmas after the Myburgh Foundation distributed toys and sweets.

The Myburgh Foundation recently hosted a Christmas initiative, collecting pre-loved and new toys to distribute among children in need.

Eighty-five less fortunate children in and around Toekomsrus received toys along with packets of sweets.

“Our main focus was visiting places of safety that care for vulnerable and traumatised children. Through this campaign, we aimed to spread the love and joy of Christmas, showing these children that they are not forgotten,” said founder Randy Christian.

Randy added that the initiative reflects the foundation’s ongoing commitment to the well-being of children and supporting them to grow into productive members of society.

“We thank our child and youth care coordinator, Cindy Christian, for going above and beyond to ensure the children were prioritised, as well as our generous sponsors who support our vision. We also wish everyone a safe and prosperous new year ahead,” he concluded.
