Tinotenda Mashamba said, “We go to my grandmother’s house where we cook a big meal with fish. We are currently fasting, which is why we only eat fish during this time. We also play music and just spend time with family. On Sunday, we will go to church.”

Rorisang Thomelang added, “We will be spending Easter at my mother’s home. On Friday and Sunday, we will go to church and on Monday, it will just be the family together. We will have a family celebration where we will cook fish as we don’t eat meat during this time. We will invite most of the family and just enjoy the time together.”

Nthatile Letshabo noted, “We will go to church as we are a prayerful family. After that, we will go home to Kagiso, where we will cook a big meal and invite some friends to join.”
Karabelo Letsaba stated, “My brother and I will be visiting my dad in the Free State. We will read from the Bible and pray before we go to spend the day at the lake, where we will listen to music and have fun.”
