Double trouble at Westgold

Westgold celebrates a record-breaking number of twins, bringing double the fun and laughter.

Laerskool Westgold Primary School is buzzing with excitement this year, with 18 sets of twins enrolled from Grade One to Grade Seven.

School spokesperson and teacher Mariska du Plessis said, “From classrooms to playgrounds, our twins are doubling the joy, teamwork and school spirit every single day. It’s a beautiful reminder of how unique and diverse our Westgold family truly is.”

“They rely on each other and sometimes even compete with one another. The challenge is helping each twin shine as an individual, but the positive side is double the personality, double the laughter and double the joy in the classroom,” she explained.
