Residents can now lodge complaints around service delivery issues thanks to a telephone list released by the Tshwane metro.
In a statement the metro said the list was put together to ensure were assisted timeously.
“Please remember that if you have reported a complaint to the municipality and it wasn’t resolved within a reasonable time, you are welcome to e-mail your municipal reference number as well as a summary of the complaint to [email protected].”
