Shot man drives himself to police station
Man rushed himself to police station after being shot in hi-jacking.
A man was shot in Soshanguve on Thursday night during an attempted hi-jacking.
According to Santi Steinman, spokesperson of Netcare 911, the man rushed to the Akasia police station after he was shot.
At around 20:00 Netcare was informed about the wounded man and they went to the police station to assist him. According to Steinman, the man was in a critical condition and was transported to hospital after he was treated by the Netcare paramedics.
Constable Rebacca Phatlane from the Pretoria North police station could not give immediate comment.
